Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Zru & Hudnu mobile app (the “App”, “we”, “us”) and this website. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App does

The App helps you track meals, calories, and macronutrients, plan your day, and reach nutrition goals. Some features use artificial intelligence, for example food photo recognition, label scanning, and the AI assistant. AI output can be inaccurate; always double check values that matter to you.

2. Not medical advice

The App provides general nutrition information and tools for self-tracking. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace consultation with a qualified physician or dietitian. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, underage, or have a medical condition or eating disorder.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the App settings; deletion removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The App offers optional paid subscriptions (such as Premium and Premium+) that unlock additional features. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, the trial converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; we cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, no automated scraping, no uploading of unlawful content, and no use of the App to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Content and intellectual property

The App, including its design, texts, recipes, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by law. You keep the rights to the content you submit (such as photos and notes) and grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information in the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may change or discontinue features and may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
