About the author
Tania, the nutritionist behind Zru & Hudnu
Tania is a practising nutritionist who works with people who want to lose weight without hunger, guilt or 1200-calorie diets. Her approach is the reason this app exists: count calories calmly, keep protein up, and treat a heavy day as a normal day, not a failure.
In 2026 she ran five groups of the «Zru & Hudnu» marathon: four weeks of weekly check-ins, menus and measurements for a few dozen participants each. Everything she saw people struggle with there became a feature or an article here.
She writes in Ukrainian and Russian on Instagram; the blog articles are her positions and rules, prepared for publication by the Zru & Hudnu team and checked against her marathon materials.
What Tania does
Weight-loss marathons
Four-week groups with a personal calorie target, menus, weekly measurements and feedback on every report.
The Zru & Hudnu app
Nutrition rules, curated recipes and the blood-test food guidance in the app follow her practice, from the first prototype to the current release.
Short honest reels about food, weight and habits in Ukrainian, without scolding and miracle products.
What she stands for
- 1
A calorie deficit should be small enough to live with for months, not survive for a week.
- 2
Protein first: it keeps you full and protects muscle while the weight goes down.
- 3
No forbidden foods. A dessert fits into the day if the day is counted.
- 4
The scale is one signal of many: measurements, energy and sleep matter as much.
- 5
Blood tests are hints for food choices, never a replacement for a doctor.

The blog gives nutrition guidance, not medical advice. If you have a diagnosed condition, talk to your doctor before changing your diet.
